The flagship engagement

One review. A better basis for your decision.

Know where AI belongs, what should change and what must remain human. Then decide what deserves to be built.

What leadership receives

A decision you can explain. Not another untested proposal.

The agreed scope defines the exact outputs. The Review is designed around three connected deliverables.

01Decision framing

The question, made explicit.

A bounded statement of the opportunity, the affected workflow and the executive decision.

02Value, risk and readiness

The conditions, made visible.

A documented view of value drivers, material constraints, governance exposure and readiness.

03Recommended next decision

The reasoning, attached.

A recommendation and rationale: stop, wait, investigate further or define a separately scoped next step.

See the decision logic

Proceed is an option. It is not the objective.

A useful recommendation distinguishes what is known, what is assumed and what must be tested. It gives leadership an owned next action, even when that action is to stop.

Read an illustrative decision record

Illustrative material only. No client result or guaranteed engagement deliverable is represented.

Executive decision recordIllustrative

A recommendation. With its reasoning attached.

The decision
Should this workflow use AI?
The boundary
Defined process. Named owner. Human oversight.
The evidence
Value, readiness, risk and operating constraints.

Move forward within a defined boundary.

The agreed evidence supports a bounded next step, with named ownership and explicit operating controls.

Next actionConfirm the scope, approval authority and conditions for release.

Illustrative format. Not a client result, template promise or approved recommendation.

How it runs

From enquiry to decision.

Scope, people and fee are agreed in writing before the Review begins. Either party may choose not to proceed.

Try the readiness check first
  1. 1

    You share a non-confidential outline

The decision, the workflow and who is involved. No documents are needed.

  2. 2

    We discuss fit

A conversation to understand the decision and whether a Review is the right next step.

  3. 3

    You receive a written scope

Deliverables, people, timing and fee, agreed before any paid work begins.

  4. 4

    The Review runs

Decision framing, evidence and a recommendation leadership can explain.

Before paid work begins

Clear scope. Clear expectations.

The engagement

A paid advisory Review.

The initial enquiry establishes fit. Scope, fee and commercial terms are agreed before the Review begins.

Your involvement

The right people and context.

We agree the executive time commitment, required information and schedule against the decision being examined.

The boundary

No implementation obligation.

Later architecture, assurance and delivery need their own scope and authorisation. Either party may choose not to proceed.

Common questions

Understand the Review before you request it.

Is this a free assessment?

The initial enquiry establishes whether there is a fit. The Review itself is a paid engagement, with scope and commercial terms agreed before work begins.

What will leadership receive?

An agreed decision frame, a view of value, risk and readiness, and a reasoned recommendation for the next decision. The exact deliverables are confirmed in the scope.

How long does a Review take?

Timing depends on the decision, the scope and access to the right people and information. We agree a schedule and the executive time commitment before the paid engagement starts.

Does the Review commit us to implementation?

No. Architecture work, assurance or implementation requires a separate scope and approval. A recommendation may be to stop, wait or investigate a specific uncertainty.

Is the Review legal advice or certification?

No. It is architecture and decision support. It does not provide legal advice, regulatory approval or certification. Engage appropriately qualified advisers for those obligations.

What should I share in the first enquiry?

Your business contact details and a non-confidential outline of the decision. Do not include passwords, source data, client records, health information or commercially sensitive material.

Request an Executive Review

Start with the decision.

Tell us what leadership needs to decide and which workflow or system is affected. Keep it non-confidential: no documents, client records, credentials or sensitive information.

The form submits to our enquiry service. A receipt confirms acceptance by that service, not email delivery or an engagement.

20 to 1,200 characters. Keep this description non-confidential.

Submitting an enquiry does not start a paid engagement. Scope and commercial terms are agreed separately.
