The plan comes first.
The assistant plans an audience and shows a limited sample for inspection. Nothing runs from the plan on its own. A person sees the account list, the sample and the proposed campaign before anyone acts.
This is the same order the Theory Y approach applies to any AI decision: the proposal is visible and reviewable before it becomes an action.
Caps take precedence over instructions.
Team caps take precedence over any instruction. A deliverability check must pass first. An assistant that is asked to go further than the team's caps does not get further.
Caps belong to the team, not to the prompt. That is what makes a sales or marketing leader's limit mean something when an assistant is doing the planning.
Approval is for the exact plan reviewed.
A person approves the exact plan they reviewed. The approval is single-use and time-limited. A plan edited after review loses its approval, and a new one is needed.
In an illustrative scenario with a fictional team and synthetic figures, a RevOps lead asks for mid-sized accounts in one region. The assistant proposes 120 accounts and shows ten for inspection. The lead approves within the team's caps, for a set window. Not a client result.
Every executed action keeps a receipt.
Each executed action keeps a receipt. A signed audit export is kept separately, for a reviewer. The record is for your own reviewers to judge; Octoscapes makes no compliance or certification claims.
Erasure and objection requests are designed to carry through a campaign and its hand-off targets. Your privacy obligations travel with the data you bring. General information, not legal advice.
What it is not, and where it stands.
Octoscapes never sends outreach, never automates LinkedIn and never scrapes. Approved plans hand off to your sending tools; sending is outside its role. It plans with your own data and, where you choose, with sourced prospect records. Each record shows where it came from. Sending, and the legal obligations that come with it, stay with your team and your sending tools. It has no live integrations today. Hand-off adapters are stand-ins while it is in development.
Octoscapes is in development and not yet released. You can enquire about being a design partner. Access is not promised. Octoscapes.com is authoritative for current scope and status.
