Downstream capability

Selective implementation follows the decision.

This page shows bounded implementation areas that may be considered after advisory work. It is not a co-equal offer, implementation commitment or catalogue of pre-built products.

Subordinate context

Advice must establish why delivery is warranted.

Selective implementation is considered only after the decision context, intended value, system boundaries, governance obligations and required evidence are sufficiently clear. Any later work requires separate scope and agreement.

Selective implementation areas

Examples of bounded downstream work.

These areas describe where selective delivery may apply. They do not assert client outcomes, delivery history, proprietary platforms or a guaranteed result.

  1. 01

    Operational workflow implementation

Bounded implementation work may address a defined workflow after value, authority and evidence expectations are clear.

  2. 02

    Knowledge and decision-support systems

Selective delivery may connect approved information sources to a defined human decision without replacing accountable judgement.

  3. 03

    Governed automation

Automation may be considered where roles, approval boundaries, escalation and recovery expectations are explicit.

  4. 04

    Integration and operational adoption

Delivery may include bounded integration and adoption planning where those activities are required by the approved architecture.

Governance boundaries

Separate authority, evidence and acceptance.

Delivery scope must identify accountable people, data constraints, decision boundaries, review points, acceptance evidence and the conditions that stop or change the work.

Separate downstream authority
Advisory decisionEvidence establishes whether delivery is warranted.
Separate scopeNew authority
Not a fit when

The request assumes a tool or build must proceed before the value, authority, evidence or operating ownership is understood.

Decision before delivery

Begin with the decision, not the build.
